The same team works across both, and each area complements the other. Our directors are both Chartered Accountants and have worked in accounting practices themselves, which helps with both business and practice sales.

We’re known for our hands-on, structured approach and the way we work closely with our clients at every stage of the process.

Our team is led by Catherine Screaigh and David Screaigh, both Chartered Accountants, Certified Professional Business Brokers and Registered Business Valuers. They have represented business owners in sales to private acquirers, aligned businesses, corporates, ASX-listed companies and private equity firms. Their experience and understanding of the sale process ensure each transaction is managed with precision and care, from initial appraisal through to final settlement.
